The 27th annual Manitoba Schizophrenia Society Journey of Hope Walk occurred at noon, Saturday, September 15, 2018, at the Forks, Winnipeg. It was a fundraiser and public awareness walk for MSS and its free services for the public. Registration was $10 with entertainment and a light lunch provided.

Over 300 Manitoba Schizophrenia Society members, volunteers, people living with schizophrenia and psychosis and their families and friends walked from The Forks to the Legislature and back. This event was a way to stand up against stigma and take a walk for hope in mental illness.
